What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. That's your name and phone or WhatsApp number, plus anything else you add: your email, business name, the link you want audited and your message. If you refer a business to us, we also get the details you share about them.

How your message reaches us

When you use a form on this website, your message opens in WhatsApp or your email app, ready for you to send. Nothing is sent until you press send there. If we switch to a form service later, your message will come straight to us through that service, and we'll name it on this page.

What we use it for

Replying to you.
Preparing the quote, plan or free audit you asked for.
Keeping a record of our conversation while we work together.

We don't sell your details, and we won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Referrals

If you refer someone, please check they're happy for us to get in touch first.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use cookies or analytics to follow you around. Your browser does remember that you've closed our "What brings you here?" note, so it doesn't keep popping up. That stays on your device.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to reply to you and work with you. After that, we delete it.
